Our bolga baskets are handwoven using elephant grass – a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to manmade fabrics and plastics. Perfect for shopping, towel/blanket/toy storage, picnics, foraging, decoration and so much more!
 
Every bolga basket is hand-crafted from natural elephant grass by artisans in Ghana. Because of this organic process, baskets may feature slight variations in shape and size. Baskets may be flattened for postage – a light soak in cool water followed by a light squeeze is all that’s required to reshape, then leave to dry in a well-ventilated room.
