Shipping policy

Delivery:

We dispatch orders to the UK by Royal Mail and Internationally via different shipping providers. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of receiving payment. For next day Special Delivery, orders need to be placed before 12pm. We will always notify you of any delays.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered.

Once products have been dispatched to within the UK, orders normally arrive in 1-3 days or by 1pm the next day by Special Delivery. International Orders normally arrive in 7-10 days. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
